The Thadeus Wellness Program is a 12-week program for people who wish to change habits and behaviors in their in their life that are keeping them from the health and happiness they desire. This Program is a coaching, mentoring, and instructional program which may augment but does not replace any ongoing medical or psychological treatment. Participants should discuss the program with their appropriate provider before changing or discontinuing any ongoing treatment protocol. As with any coaching or mentoring program the outcome for an individual participant will be largely dependent on the effort of that participant. Behavior change is difficult. Addressing challenges is a prominent part of the Program.
