The Thadeus Wellness Program

Thadeus is a personalized one-to-one program for people who wish to change habits and behaviors that block access to better health and increased happiness. Like the butterfly in the picture you can escape the cocoon of habit and fly free. The Program is 12-weeks in duration including a weekly meeting either via a Zoom video call or by phone. The twelve weeks are organized into four 3-week sections following the framework below. I offer a Free 30-minute introductory Zoom meeting that you schedule using the blue button at the top of any page.
